Can Suboxone Cause Kidney Damage?

I just received my lab results from 5/29/17. I went to my PCP because I was tired and went from a size 8 to a 6. Very scary. My albumin was 5.2, Calcium 10.6. Some of the other tests were on the high side of normal. I have been taking Suboxone for 5 years and weaning off it now. Could Suboxone injure my kidneys?
