Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Susten capsule is used for prevention of miscarriages and maintenance of pregnancy in conditions where progesterone hormone levels are significantly low, particularly during the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Duphaston tablet is a progestin. It works by correcting the levels of progesterone, and prevents spontaneous abortion (miscarriage). Progynova tablets contain the active ingredient estradiol, which is a naturally occurring form of the main female sex hormone oestrogen. This helps restore hormonal balance. Tranexamic acid is a medication used to treat or prevent excessive blood loss. Since you are having low lying placenta, which is bleeding, the chances of miscarriage seems to be high. Hence, the above medications has been prescribed, which is very much necessary to prevent miscarriage. Along with it, you need to be stress free with complete bed rest. Kindly take the medications as prescribed and do the necessary follow-up as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
