Progynova tablets contain the active ingredient estradiol, which is a naturally occurring form of the main female sex hormone oestrogen. This helps restore hormonal balance. Tranexamic acid is a medication used to treat or prevent excessive blood loss. Since you are having low lying placenta, which is bleeding, the chances of miscarriage seems to be high. Hence, the above medications has been prescribed, which is very much necessary to prevent miscarriage. Along with it, you need to be stress free with complete bed rest.
