Dear Madam, Hi

I have gone through the history and sorry to know that you had a car accident resulting in acid reflux problems.

To ensure maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning 30-60 minutes before breakfast and continue to take it at the same time each day.

After you take your Levothyroxine, you should wait at least one hour before you eat or drink anything other than water.

You Sucralfate is best taken with water on an empty stomach one hour before meals and at bedtime. You should not take any medication along with Sucralfate at the same time.

Since Pantoprazole should also be taken on an empty stomach so, it can be taken in the evening one hour before meals or 2-3 hours after having dinner.

Hope these answer your queries.
