Can Sysron N Tablets Cause Fetal Harm?

Hi i am 26yr(F) 56kgs, POC irrigular periods, recently i planned to go to IVF, HPT negative and doctor prescribed sysron n for 3 days(3 times a day) but after 6 days i never got period, I went to see doctor and doctor advised for ultrasound scan she found small sack and done beta HCG is 3600, confirmed pregnancy, please advise will that effect my baby? if i continue pregnancy? My doctor said it should not effect baby at all.. Pls help Thanks
