Can T Minic Drops Be Safely Given For A Stuffy Nose?

Can i give Tminic drops for more than 5 days as my baby is 2 n half months old n weighs 5.12 kg n still has stuffy n noisy nose but no chest congestion but I have give her these drops for 5 days so I should continue it if it does not have any harmful effect
