Can TIA Cause Nausea,headache And Blurry Vision?

Hi i had a TIA on Monday and had a MRI on Wednesday with the following conclusion: "Extensive features suggestive os micro-vascular ischaemic change and a clinical suspicion of a recent TIA" I don't feel well at all, I have a constant headache and I am nauseaus and it also feels like I have a slight blurry vision .Could this be related to the TIA ?
