Can Tamsulosin Be Taken In The Evening?

I am taking Tamsulosin 0.4 mg. Instructions say to take after the same meal every day ( 30 minutes after that meal ). The evening meal is the main meal I eat every day; however, when eating out somewhere (which we do quite often) it may be quite a while before getting back home where the medicine is. Would it be okay to just take a capsule at bedtime each night (much easier to remember and the medicine is right there on the counter top)?

u can take even in the night, no problem.but beaware it may cause dizziness immediately after waking up as it causes postural hypotension..so while waking, dont get up all at once, slowly move to one side then sit slowly then after get up
