Can Taxim-O Be Used To Treat Blood In Urine?

Hello doctor My name is radha 27years have a baby boy 6 months old. From 4th april I have a burning sensation when I pass urine My gynaecologist suggest me to go for cue Results are- nature -acidic, protein - present(+++), pus cells-loaded/hpf, rbc-3-4/hpf, epithelial cells-1-2/hpf Cast-absent She suggested to for urine culture and sensitivity And she also gave a tablet called Taxim-O 200 mg twice a day for three days Now my doubt is today I have seen a blood in urine. Will my tablet reduces that? And is it a big problem? From 10th onwards I got fever and very mild cough. Please lemme know if having a taxim-o 200 mg is safe for my baby? If not what are the side effects Thanks Radha

I really appreciate your concern, this does not seems infection and this may not be treated with any one antibiotic but best way to rule out this is get done the urine culture sensitivity test, second condition can be managed with "sodium hydrogen citrate " liquid 20 ml three times in day chances of getting good result would be high, hope this information helps, take care.
