Can Tegretol 200mg And Epilim 500mg Cause Tiredness?

hi there i have had epilipsy since i was 7, im now 42. im so tired all the time and i found out my mum had put me on tablets to calm me down as a child . is this true . i take tegretol 200mg twice a day and epilim 500mg twice a day. is it these tablets making me so tired?
