General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is considered to be safe during breastfeeding. Synthetic thyroid hormone in the form of thyronorm is necessary for normal breast milk production. It does not cause any harmful effects in the suckling baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
