Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your drugs are not responsible for multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma has no relation with your drugs. You should consult your doctor and take treatment of multiple myeloma. Revlimid and dexamethasone is the initial treatment of choice. Bortezomib can be helpful in some cases. Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly to stage.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Hematologist Dr. Hardik Sanghvi's  Response
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Topomax and lamictal is not responsible for multiple myeloma. It is not drug induced. It is plasma cell myeloma. It has some genetic causes. She should take treatment urgently. Lenalidomide (Revlimid) plus dexamethasone or bortezomib (Valcade) are the drug of choice for multiple myeloma. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. And it is not due to topomax and lamictal so don't worry about that.
