Can Tramadol And Carbamazepine Be Taken Together While Suffering From Trigeminal Neuralgia?

I am suffering with Trigeminal Neuralgia. Can you please tell me if i can take my Tramadol 50mg. along with the Carbamazepine 200mg my Dr has prescribed me? NEVER MIND... YOU SHOULD SAY IT COST $ FROM THE BEGINNING... I HAVE NO $ AT THIS TIME. THANKS FOR NOTHING ANYWAYS
