Can Tramadol And Naproxen Be Taken Together?

Can I take Tramadol and naproxen or a aleve together, I have been taking celebrex with it & have had no issues, but my prescription for celebrex had ran out & due to the arthritis in my hip I sometimes need a little extra relief especially when it gets really cold out.
