Can Tramadol Be Taken While On Xeloda?

I am on Xeloda and Tykerb for Breast Cancer that has come back and spread to the lungs and bone. Will Tramadol or Norco or their generic substitutes have any different side effects if taken while on the Xeloda or Tykerb. I have previously been taking Hydrocodone, Oxycodone or Tramodol if needed for severe pain.
