Hi.
As per your case history of rashes on cheeks, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Travocort cream contains steroid, so should not be used on face.
3. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on affected skin.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
