Can Tryptomer Cause Heart Palpitations?

i,m taking thyronorm 25,metformin 250 2BD,atorva E 1 OD,tryptomer 25 1HS,pantocid 40mg 1OD

lately i,ve started working, hence more active than before(working since 4mnths..) iam 52/F. lately at night for a long time i can't sleep. also i can hear my heart beating loudly(would hesitate to name it "palpitation").should i reduce my tryptomer dose? TFT was done 2 mnths ago and 25thyronorm is correspondingly decided by my physycian. please advice.thank you
