Oh, Shirley I am really to hear this..
Hi and welcome to HCM .
Thank you for posting your query and I am here to help you out.
I read your question completely and have understood it well..

I being a surgeon, we come across many such cases.
Tylenol being acetaminophen, can be safely used in your case of aneurysm!
There is absolutely no contraindication to the use of Tylenol.

I also, would like to tell you these following things.
1. Be positive, don't get bogged down.
Positivity itself is a medicine to so many diseases and difficulties!

2. I've seen so many major brain aneurysms, successfully clipped and cured. Even your case has a cure.

3. As you tell, you face such problems like headache, vision difficulty etc but then, I want you to bounce back even more strongly.

Hope this helps you, and once again I repeat you can take Tylenol safely.
Take care and God bless you..
In case you need any help with this, let me know.
I find this answer helpful
