Can Tylenol Help Manage An Evening Time Fever That S Occurring Almost Daily?

. So for the last 4 days I run a fever every evening but I m on medication every 4 hours Tylenol 500. every evening starting about 5 o clock 4 to 5 o clock I start running a fever starts about a hundred 100.5 hours to 100.8 usually goes up to 101.8 or so and then I m in the bed sweating it out. the next morning I wake up the fever s broke I m getting about 5 hours of sleep and go to work work through the day about 4 o clock the fever starts hitting hard again even taking the medication on regular 4 hour intervals the fever comes back I m not sure if I m ever going to break the fever that s for more than a day that s been my concern

Hi.

Tylenol should suffice and I would not really advise anything stronger, but you should visit a doctor to look into causes for the fever like a heat stroke, viral or bacterial infections, sunburn, conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, side effect of medications, etc.
