Can Udiliv Cause Gallbladder Stone Stay Untreated?

Hello Dr,I am 28yr old lady,Indian,mother of 2 kids.a ultrasound abdomen was done and dr said I have a stone 2omm size in a gallbladder.Advised for weight loss and diet control.one Dr suggested me to take Udiliv*150mg twice dail for 4mnths.i take 1mth medicine after that i take ultrasound scan it shows me stone 14mm.Is this medicine right choice for me?Any side effects?
