I have peripheral neuropathy. No doctor has been able to tell me what caused it. I have two medications i want to ask if they could be the cause. 320 mg valsartan and amlodipene 10 mg. I do notice if i stay on the computer a long time my hands begin to tingle and my head begins to ache slightly.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Valsartan and amlodipine do not cause peripheral neuropathy. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
