Hi,

Probiotics contain beneficial bacteria which improves intestinal health and body immunity. Probiotics are safe and healthy to consume through food and supplements throughout the whole pregnancy. Hence, you can use probiotics as prescribed without any issues.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
