Can Vit D12 Supplements Treat Stenosis Of Vertebral Column?

Hi, I am 37 year old male. I am suffering form stenosis L45 & L5s1 from last one and half year. I have received epiduel injection last year april 2010 and after one month time i feel problem in walking . Now I am not able to walk. Now I am taking treatment from Apolo hospital sarita vihar. I have done MRI and NCV/EMG and blood tests. According to doctor MRI/NCV and EMG reports does not show problem too critical. However my D12 reading shows 20. So doctor advised me that the walking problem is due to deficiency of Vit D12. From last three months I am taking medicine (citroMacalvit,,Mecobalamin,Calcirol,Preglin 75), however I am not feeling any improvement in walking ,wnen I start walking I am feeling my knee and hip joints energy less. Please advise me if i am having right treatment.
