Can Vitcofol Cause Unconsciousness And Low Pulse Rate?

hi m dr.jadav.i gave inj vitcofol to 62 yr old male., whowas aneamic,malnurished not any major illness or positive past history..1-2mins after injection pt suddenly fall down from the table and become unconsious,i checked him ,pulse was fible,pt not responding..then what could the cause in this case..????
