Can Vizilac Syrup Be Given For Loose Motions To Children?

Hello doctor, my 7month old daughter has loose motions since 4 days and also she has these white curd like pimples on her tongue and upper side in the mouth. Can I give vizilac syrup and how much dosage is suppose to be given? She is on the healthier side. Thanks
