Can Voltaren Gel Be Used While Suffering From Diabetes?

My husband was given Voltaren Gel for arthritic knee.....I am consider about side effects with his health problems CVD, diabetic/ on insulin, kidney enzymes a little on high side. Has had 5 bypasses. Eye disease due to diabetes...........is Voltaren Gel safe for him to use.

Hi, Voltaren gel is a Diclofenac gel and as it is a topical ointment it is unlikely to interfere with other medical conditions like diabetes, altered kidney function test and others. So it is safe for him to use for arthritic knee.
