Can Vozet Be Taken During Pregnancy For Cold?

I am 27 yrs old & currently 5 months pregnant. I am already having rhinitis since my age of 16.

Now, I am suffering from sneezes,runny nose, cold etc

Can i take tablet VOZET (Livocetrizine Tablets IP 5 mg) by GSK during pregnancy ? will it affect on my baby?

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well - get better soon. Levocetrizine is safe in pregnancy. It is a FDA category B medication, which means that lots of women have taken it during pregnancy and there is no evidence that it is dangerous for mom or baby. It gets into the breast milk and antihistamines can make the newborn sleepy, so avoid it during breast feeding but it is safe to use during pregnancy.
