Can Xanax Result In A Positive Drug Test?
I stopped smoking marijuana January 1st 2017. I weigh about 280 pounds. Ive been taking 500 mg of niacin daily but i bought a drug test and took it and im still testing positive. I also take prescribed xanax on a regular basis. Is the test testing positive because of the xanax or what? And will the niacin help cleanse my system?

Xanax will show up positive for benzodiazepines but it will not make a marijuana test positive. Marijuana gets stored in fat so being overweight can make it linger in your system for a long period of time. The niacin will not help.
