Can Xarelto And Eliquis Be Taken Along With Cranberry Juice?

I am currently taking warfarin and my doctor would like me to switch to eliquis or xarelto. I am having a problem with uti s and would like to be able to drink cranberry juice and the pill made from them. How does xarelto and eliquis react and what is the difference in them. Not sure which I would like. I don t like grapefruit juice but would like to take azo gansitrene. Thank you.

Hi,

There is no relation of warfin with eliquis or fruit juice. Take second opinion, for any fruit juice as substitute of medicine you have to consult your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
