Can Xiidra Cause Rashes On The Body?

I have been using xiidra for about 5-6 weeks. I have a bumpy rash in several places on my neck, sides, legs and shoulders. It itches. I get some relief from benadryl. I can not think of any reason for the rash. I have had it for about a week. Could xiidra cause the rash.

Xiidra is lifitegrast. It is ophthalmic solution for the treatment of dry eye.
It acts locally. It has no systemic absorption and hence no systemic side effects.
So your skin rashes are unlikely due to Xiidra.
