Can Zerolac Or Dexolac Be Given To Infant?

Hi, my daughter is less than 3 months old, and she has been prescribed MM Stage 1 as an additional supplement for breast milk..now she has been facing troubles like increased pressure while excreting, and a wound near the anus..now other doctor is advising me to go for Zerolac or Dexolac? is it the better choice for babies with above-mentioned problems? Kindly suggest.. Thanks in advance.
