Can Zivast Or Himalaya AyurSlim Cause Elevated ALT And AST Levels?

I had taken zivast 10 mg tablets and himalaya aur slim tablets. My medical test showed Ast alt of 212 and 110 .I stoppedtaking tablets and the AST ALT is not at 196 and 87. How long will it take to get back to normal. Are the elevated levels due to medicines or any other reason. I m non smoker and occasional beer drinker.

These both should not cause elevated liver enzymes and other causes should be considered. Most common these are fatty liver, fibrosis, alcohol intake or viral hepatitis so these should be ruled out. Your medications are not harmful for liver or any other organ.
