Can Zyrtec Be Taken For Redness On The Cheek?

the left side of my face --the cheek-- is bright red and hot . when I saw my dermatologist a month ago she told me that I have broken capillaries in my cheeks this seems different as it is hot and maybe a little bit swollen.. Can I take ZYRtec for this

Zyrtec is used for allergy symptoms. If there is itching along with redness you can take Zyrtec otherwise not.
