Can Zyrtec Or Benedryl Be Taken Along With Allegra D?

I have really bad seasonal allergies. I have been taking Allegra D (24 hour) for 2 years now but it does not help at all now. Is it safe to also take another allergy pill later in the afternoon, such as a Zyrtec or Benedryl, along with my Allegra D?
