Can A 10 Year Old Diabetic Child Be Taken To Beach?

we go to beach every summer with grandchildren i am now questioning the safety of taking my 10 year old grandson this year he has been diagnosed with diabetes ---2 years ago there seems to be a bacteria in water at beaches i called the condo we stay in they said the water was tested at our beach and was extremely low on bacteria wha is your opinion

He can safely go to beach. However, swimming is not recommended as there is chance for ominous infections.
