Can A 3-year-old With Recurring Fever Take Meftal-P After Dolo 250 Syrup, And At What Dosage?
3 year old boy with body weight 16Kg. He got fever yesterday and doctor gave dolo 250 syrup. Gave 2 doses with 6 hours interval but noticed that fever is coming back after 3-4 hours from dosing (102F). Is it ok to give meftal-p as next dose ? If yes, what is the recommended dose?
