Can A Bartholin Cyst Be Cured With Sitz Baths And Magnesium Sulfate Alone, Or Is Marsupialization Surgery Necessary?

Hello, I have had a Bartholin cyst for 1 year, its size increases but it s not painful I visited my gynecologist who gave me antibiotics and some home remedies like bath sitz in warm water, magnesium sulfate paste, etc. also she said if it s not working we can go for marsupialization. honesty I don t prefer marsupialization surgery. Please tell me if I don t prefer surgery so using warm water bath sitz and magnesium sulfate can help me to cure this cyst. or it s mandatory to do marsupialization? lastly, in that case, if we consider marsupialization, the whole cyst wall needs to be taken out and stitched to the edges, or just cut a slit so it will be healed automatically I believe that you give me the best advice on this. thank you in advance.
