Can A D&C Be Done While Marijuana Is Still In The System?

I have to unexpectedly have a second d&c tomorrow to remove tissue left from one I had when I miscarried a month ago. In the last month I have vaporized marijuana almost every night--a few tokes each night before bed. Now I have to have my second d and c tomorrow and it's occurred to me that the marijuana remaining in my system could have a negative effect when I have the procedure. Do you think it's safe? Should I try to postpone the d & c until more of the drug has worn off? The last time I vaporized was night before last, so it will be not quite 48 hours from last toke until the procedure.
