Can A GCC Medical Test Error Suggest HIV Or Liver Issues And What Medication Would Help?

I tested for GCC Medical,the first one was fit. But now the second test went wrong,the doctor told me that my blood is 0.695 and might be having HIV,I have never had sex from the time I had my first medical test,he also told me they suspected me to have liver related problems. Am I safe ? And what medication can help me?
