Can A Big Tender Boil On The Labia Minora Heal On Its Own?

I think I have a pimple or boil on my labia minora. I noticed it 3-4 days ago when wiping. It’s beginning to get bigger and become more tender. It doesn’t hurt when I walk or sit, but I have to be careful when wiping now. I’ve been wearing loose clothing and took a hot bath today to try to help it drain on its own. How else can I treat this at home? And when should I go see a doctor about it instead?
