General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, the type of surgery is determined by symptoms, clinical presentation and supportive reports showing underlying condition.
* On an average, if menstrual related issues are present with bladder prolapse, most ideal surgery is hysterectomy with bladder lift. If the menstrual related issues are absent, an alone bladder lift surgery is the gold standard therapy to cure.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
