Can A Blocked Eustachian Tube Causes Foul Smell In Nose From Ear?

Hi, i think i have symptoms of a sinus infection or potentially a blocked eustachian tube, it is causing a horrible rotten smell and mucus inside the nose which i think is coming from my inner ear... do you have any advice on which antibiotics to take or any sprays that may clear it up? Many Thanks
