Can A Brief Genital Rubbing Cause Pregnancy, And Should We Consider Emergency Contraception?

hi , I recently got close and physical with my fiance and there was a vey short period of genital rubbing between us . We’re very concerned whether it can cause pregnancy or not. It was after 14 days till last period . Should she take a pill or is there anything to be worried about?
