Can A Broken Condom Left In The Anus Move To Other Parts Of The Body And Cause Problems?

Hi, I m 23 years old. I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend 3days ago. And we found out that condom broke during the process (anal) and was left inside the anus. Although i couldn t feel anything inside me but my boyfriend was quite sure about it. Also i tried to remove it with my fingers but couldn t find it and also don t think it got execrated next morning or day after it. I m worried if it s gone to some other parts inside and might cause any problems? What should i do?
