Can A Bulky And Retroverted Uterus Cause Complications During Pregnancy?

I had a history of PID 6 month back. I was treated by antibiotics. But I was suffering from per vaginal excessive discharge with lower abdominal pain for several times for last 1year after an induced abortion. On 12 th December USG report show bulky uterus, retroverted, my LMP was 6/12/17,pregnancy test positive on 10/01/18, what complication may occur.....

Hello,

The uterus will naturally become bulky during pregnancy. The retroverted uterus usually does not cause any problems during pregnancy or delivery. There is nothing to be worried about it.
