Can A Bump On Knee Be Symptoms Of Tumor?

I am a 22 years old male and I just recently discovered a small bump right below on my right knee it doesn t hurt or anything it s just there. I have been lifting weights regularly for the past year and I don t know if that might have caused whatever I have on my leg now. I m worried that it could be a tumor or something worse.

a physical check up and an xray are needed by an orthopedician-fot kowing thr seat of lump,whether from bone upper end leg,or bursitis,or fibro-muscular or if it is internally connected to knee joint.Variation f size rapid or slow, duration.Al this should be done for diagnosis.Also if any constitutional symptms like fever,weightloss?
Often it is a simple bone cyst or bursitis.,but confirmation may require aspiration cytology if anything shows on xray/MRI, or planned removal after findings,it depends on diagnosis for more specific treatment
