Can A Child With Hole In Heart Travel By Flight?

my boyfriend is in West Africa on business and his little girl got sick so he took her to the hospital and they found a big hole in her heart and she was just recently put on oxygen because i send him the money for that he is waiting for his boss to send the money for the surgery but it hasn t been sent yet.So what im asking is can his little girl make a 32 hour flight to come back to the states for the surgery here?
