Can A Circumcision Infection Be Treated With Nebasulf Powder?

I have gone through circumcisions .5-6 days over& my age is 31. I can see it is healing but backside where the skin is touched there still it is not healed that open skin i can see . Now i am going to office so i can see sometime due to rub by pant or by sweat, that place not looks drying . so can i use nebasulf powder on there to make dry?
