Can A Cut On Vaginal Lips Be A STD Symptoms?

I am going to the dr tomorrow but I'm nervous. I have 3 small cut like skres o. My vagina lips. Not real red or itchy but stings a little after I pee. I have had vaginitis 2x in the past six months or so. I use condoms but have unprotected oral sex. I saw my partners std screen paperwork about a month ago so I don't think he's infected..lol. but I'm worried.

thank you for query.these cuts can be due to abrasions or injuries or dryness or fungal infection or can be STD though unlikely.clean area with warm water for 2-3 times a day.apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
