Can A Deep Cut On Ankle Cause Big Toe To Feel Numb?

i cut my self on mother day just bove my left ankle, had bout 10 stitches....which came out a week later....still cant wear my shoes. and the top of my foot hurt at times and along side my big toe seem paper thin and feel funny at time somewhat numb...
