Can A Diabetic Person Take Prelogic, Naxvdom For Pain In Leg?

I am having pain in my leg.my age is 77.i am a diabetic patient. The doctor prescribed prelogic to be taken in the night after food.i know is taken for peripheral nureopathy.i do not know why the doc. Prescrbed naxdvom 250.to be taken in the morning.kindly explainyou have not replied my query.i have already paid rs.199.do you expect me to pay again.

Hi,

I have gone through your query. Prelogic prescribed for diabetic neuropathy. You have also been prescribed Naxdom 250. Naxdom is a combination of nalidixic acid- a pain killer and domperidom - an antiemetic, because nalidixic acid causes lots of nausea the tablet is probably added because you have pain, and to relieve the pain acutely, since effect of pregabalin (prelogic) takes time. Moreover Naxdom will also help in preventing diabetic Gastroparesis.
